Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with customers and the in-house transport department, ensuring clarity and timely resolution of queries.
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining an exceptional level of customer service.
- Utilise IT skills to navigate in-house software and Microsoft Office packages for daily operations.
- Provide administrative support as needed, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Employ persuasion skills to effectively resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
About You:
- Strong communication skills are essential; you should be comfortable engaging with various customers, suppliers and internal departments.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
- IT literate.
- An adaptable individual who can thrive in a busy environment and handle multiple priorities.
- A calm demeanour, with the ability to manage pressure without frustration.
Working Hours and Salary:
- Salary: £26,250 per annum
- Hours: Monday to Friday working either 8am - 4pm or 10am - 6pm shift.
Location:
- Based in a brand-new facility in Banbury and easily accessible from Warwick, Towcester, Bicester, Stratford-Upon-Avon, Moreton-In-Marsh, Shipston-On-Stour and neighbouring towns.
