Based in Redditch, Worcestershire – easily commutable from Bromsgrove, Droitwich Spa, Kidderminster, Evesham, Alcester, Studley, Stratford-upon-Avon, Worcester, and South Birmingham areas.

Our client, a highly respected manufacturer within the FMCG sector, is seeking two experienced Maintenance Engineers to join their growing engineering team. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in ensuring high equipment reliability, product quality, and operational performance in a modern, fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out safe and efficient engineering operations in line with company Health & Safety policies.
- Perform repairs, maintenance and machine modifications to the highest quality standards.
- Work collaboratively with production teams, providing clear shift handovers and ongoing communication.
- Support and mentor operators in problem-solving and process improvement.
- Participate in continuous improvement and technical trial projects.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow preventative maintenance schedules.
- Support site security and ensure engineering best practice is maintained at all times.
About You
- Proven engineering experience within an FMCG environment.
- Recognised engineering qualification (mechanical or electrical bias).
- Strong mechanical knowledge with some electrical understanding preferred.
- Excellent teamwork, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, reliable and self-motivated, with a strong focus on safety and quality.

Available Shift Patterns
Position 1:
- Week 1: Sunday to Tuesday – 6pm–6am (36 hours)
- Week 2: Saturday to Tuesday – 6pm–6am (48 hours)
Position 2:
- Week 1: Wednesday to Friday – 6pm–6am (36 hours)
- Week 2: Wednesday to Saturday – 6pm–6am (48 hours)
