Production Planner Required!

Salary up to £36,000 per annum, depending upon experience plus competitive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Production to ensure on-time customer deliveries.
- Conduct demand planning and labour capacity assessments.
- Prepare and organise production paperwork.
- Participate in daily shortage meetings with supervisors.
- Coordinate effectively with production and purchasing teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, with a focus on LEAN methodology.
- Monitor and report on KPIs for management review.
- Foster strong teamwork and communication across all business areas.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Previous experience in production planning and capacity planning is essential.
- NVQ Level 3 or above (CIPS/APICS) or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Excel, including macros/formulas.
- Strong analytical, computer, communication, and writing skills.
- Solid data management capabilities.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- SAP experience preferred.
- Familiarity with MRP purchasing.
This position is based in Redditch and is easily commutable from Bromsgrove, Studley, Alcester, Droitwich, Alvechurch, Evesham, Birmingham, Solihull, Worcester, Kidderminster and Stourbridge.
