Within the role as Workforce Operational Lead your key responsibilities will include:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive workforce planning strategy in line with business objectives and operational needs
- Workforce forecasting, analysis and resource allocation
- Building, maintaining and managing strong relationships with recruitment partners
- Managing time and attendance
- Working in partnership with the management team and stakeholders to identify and provide solutions for their department needs
- Data driven approach in terms of regular reporting and generating / monitoring Key Performance Indicators
- Management of a small team
To be successful in the role of Workforce Operational Lead you will possess the following qualities:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
- Strong proven track record of working history with a similar role
- Able to demonstrate excellent commercial awareness with experience of working within a leadership role
- Exemplary communication and negotiation skills, supported by strong business acumen and influencing skills at senior levels
